Peer Support

CCF has regular meetings with the community of fellows each semester during which fellows discuss issues faced in the academic community and give each other support and advice. Any formerly incarcerated women who is enrolled in college can call our academic counselor and request an appointment to sign up for Peer Support.  Community meetings are held four times each semester. In addition to community meetings, there are support group meetings run by fellows each month.  There is also an annual graduation ceremony, which celebrates fellows who have completed their degree programs. The graduation ceremony is open to the public.  It's an inspiration!

Financial Assistance

Students who are accepted into the program and maintain a minimum  2.5 GPA receive $600 a semester after they achieve their first 12 college credits as funding is available.
