The Bard Microcollege for Just Community Leadership!

CCF is partnering with the Bard Prison Initiative (BPI) and JustLeadershipUSA to launch the Bard Microcollege for Just Community Leadership - the nation’s first tuition-free college dedicated to advocacy, arts & sciences. Located in Harlem, the program will be housed at the Countee Cullen branch of the New York Public Library on 136th St.

Culminating in years of cooperation among our three organizations, this dynamic Associate's degree program centers community-based advocacy at the core of education and criminal legal reform to empower directly impacted leaders. Learn about BPI's other microcolleges here.

Justice-involved women enrolled in the Harlem Microcollege will have access to College & Community Fellowship’s range of support programs that ensure educational and career success, support social and economic advancement, and foster civic engagement. Current CCF participants and alumnae are also eligible to apply.
